FAQs (FAQs) about Cl@ve Pin

The PIN you receive on your mobile phone can only be used once to complete access to the system.

In addition, you must use the PIN you received before 10 minutes, since after that time, if you have not reached Cl@ve, you must request a new PIN.

Remember that once you have been identified using the PIN, you can access the services that allow Cl@ve until you are disconnected from the Electronic Headquarters or close your browser.

This system is intended exclusively for natural persons acting in their own name.

The PIN shall be 3 in length alphanumeric characters And it's generated by the Tax Agency.

The PIN you will receive on your mobile phone may have letters (excluding dyes) and/or digits (excluding zero, one, eight and nine).

For example, if you receive "XOI", the characters you will need to enter on the authentication screen will be the letters "equis", "o" and "i".

The PIN plus the key provided by us at the time of its request configures the access code that allows the formalities to be carried out electronically

If for any reason you receive a PIN you have not requested, someone might be trying to supplant you. Do not worry, because you are the only one who can act on your behalf.

If the situation repeats, please contact the Tax Agency to report the anomaly.
