What is Cl@ve Permanente?

It is an authentication system designed for people who frequently need access to the Administration’s electronic services. It is based on the use of a user code, your ID or NIE, and a password that is set in the activation process and that should only be known to you. To access the activation process it is necessary that you have previously registered in the system.

For e-government services that require a high level of security, the system strengthens authentication by requesting the introduction of a single use numeric code (One Time Password, OTP) that is previously sent by SMS message to your mobile phone.
