The PIN shall be 3 in length alphanumeric characters And it's generated by the Tax Agency.

The PIN you will receive on your mobile phone may have letters (excluding dyes) and/or digits (excluding zero, one, eight and nine).

The PIN plus the key provided by us at the time of its request configures the access code that allows the formalities to be carried out electronically

This is the definition of Law 59/2003, which in this document extends to cases in which the linking of signature verification data is made to a computer component.

Certificate issued by a Certification Service Provider that complies with the requirements laid down in the Law regarding the verification of the identity and other circumstances of applicants and the reliability and guarantees of the certification services they provide, in accordance with Chapter II of Title II of Law 59/2003 of 19 December 2003 on Electronic Signature.

issued as Recognised or Qualified Certificates, link a series of personal data of the citizen to certain keys, in order to guarantee integrity and not repudiation. This information is electronically signed by the Certification Authority created for this purpose.

the asymmetric cryptography on which the PKI is based uses a pair of keys so that what is numbered with one of them can only be deciphered with the other and vice versa. One of these keys is called public and is included in the electronic certificate, while the other is called private and only the holder of the certificate has access to it.

single use code (One Time Password) sent for registration and use in the Cl@ve system.

Code provided in the registration process in the Cl@ve system.

Authentication system designed for people who frequently need access to the Administration’s electronic services. It is based on the use of a user code, your ID or NIE, and a password that is set in the activation process and that should only be known to the citizen. For e-government services that require a high level of security, the system strengthens authentication by requesting the introduction of a single use numeric code (OTP).

Sequence of characters allowing access to ID certificates.

are unique data, such as private cryptographic codes or keys, which the signatory uses to create the electronic signature.

are the data, such as public cryptographic codes or keys, that are used to verify the electronic signature.

an instrument used to apply signature creation data in compliance with the requirements set out in Article 24.3 of Law 59/2003 of 19 December 2003 on Electronic Signatures.

is that electronic signature which enables the signatory to establish the personal identity of the signatory with respect to the signed data and to verify their integrity, because it is exclusively linked to both the signatory and the data to which it relates, and because it has been created by means which it maintains, with a high level of confidence, under its sole control.

is that advanced electronic signature based on a recognised certificate and generated by a secure signature creation device.

procedure for recognising the identity of an applicant or holder of ID certificates and centralised signature certificates.

the process of using the identification data of a person in electronic form that represent a single natural person.

a set of characters used for the univocal identification of a user in a system.

A set of certification authorities that maintain trustworthy relationships by which a top-level CA guarantees the reliability of one or more lower-level CA. In the case of ID and centralized signing certificates, the hierarchy has two levels, the AC Root at the upper level guarantees the confidence of its subordinated AC.
