Via internet with electronic certificate or DNIe

If you have an electronic certificate or ID you can register on the Cl@ve system via the Internet.

This modality provides an advanced registration level.

    You can register through this modality by following the following steps:

    Enter the "Register at Cl@ve with certificate or electronic ID" option, within the portal "Registry Cl@ve" from the Electronic Headquarters of the Tax Agency. From the app Cl@ve PIN you also have a link to the portal "Registry Cl@ve" to be able to register with certificate or electronic ID.

    To sign up for the Cl@ve system, access the "Register at Cl@ve" option of the portal Registry Cl@ve. You can also request the letter from the app Cl@ve PIN .

    Registro clave con certificado electrónico o DNIE

    1. Identify with your ID or NIE. Depending on the type of document, additional information will be requested below:

    • ID: indicates the date of validity or the date of issue.
    • A permanent ID (no period of validity) is only possible to use the date of issue.
    • NIE: the support number shown in your document will be requested

    2. Identify with your certificate or electronic ID, the data of the holder is automatically uploaded. Verify that it is correct and press "Accept."

    3. Once identified, indicates a mobile phone number, which can be Spanish or foreign, in which to receive the message sent by the Tax Agency with the PIN which, together with the 4-character code, forms your access code to perform paperwork on the Internet. Confirm phone number Insert it again in the next box. If the telephone number is foreign, you must enter the prefix associated with the country.

    4. It also provides an email address and confess it again. If you don't have email check box "I don't have an email."

    5. Brand "The conditions have been read and acceptedand press "Send".

    You will then get a confirmation window in the identification and signature system Cl@ve with the registration data:

    • ID/ID
    • Forename
    • Telephone number,
    • Email (if indicated)
    • Activation code to register at Cl@ve Permanente.
