Cl@ve Móvil is the new electronic access system for public services that allows citizens to authenticate themselves when carrying out a procedure. To use Cl@ve Móvil, we recommend that you have the Cl@ve app installed. A new feature of the system is the ability to scan a QR code, which means users do not need to enter their identification details on the login screen. If you are unable to scan the QR code, you can confirm the authentication request that will be sent to the Cl@ve app.
Furthermore, if you are unable to log in using the Cl@ve app, during the authentication process you will be offered the option to log in using a PIN sent via text message to your mobile phone.
To use Cl@ve services, you must be registered with the Cl@ve system.
It is a simple system where the user does not need to remember any passwords; with just one click, by scanning a QR code, tapping the notification received on their mobile (push notification) or opening the Cl@ve app, they can confirm the authentication request, after which they will be redirected to the process they were trying to access.
