The APP Cl@ve

The APP Cl@ve allows the citizen to authenticate in the process he is performing confirming the petition through Cl@ve Mobile or receiving the PIN of Cl@ve PIN he requests to access a management. All in one APP.

The APP Cl@ve combines in a single site the possibility of being identified electronically to authenticate in a procedure, either through Cl@ve Mobile or Cl@ve PIN in relations with the public administrations.

To make use of the APP services Cl@ve it is necessary to be registered in the system Cl@ve.

You can download the application in Google Play , Huawei AppGallery, for Android OS, and in Apple Store , for iOS operating system

Users of APP Cl@ve PIN

Users of the APP Cl@ve PIN will be updated to the new version of the APP Cl@ve and once activated they will already receive on their device the requests for authentication with Cl@ve Mobile and the PIN of Cl@ve PIN for the management they wish to perform.

Users registered at Cl@ve

The user already registered in CL@ve that the APP is first downloaded can be identified and activated by three options: with an activation code sent by SMS, with an electronic certificate or by DNIe.

You can select an already imported certificate or import a new certificate to activate it on the APP.

To activate the APP via DNIe, it is essential that you have an electronic ID and a mobile device with Android OS and NFC technology. To do this, you must enter the card access number (CAN) and bring the electronic ID to the mobile device for reading.

Users not registered at Cl@ve

The user not registered in Cl@ve the APP offers three guided options to access the registration from the APP itself: with electronic certificate, by video call or by letter to the tax address.

In addition, to authenticate with Cl@ve Mobile in the administrative process you are doing, the APP Cl@ve also allows you to obtain a PIN of Cl@ve PIN to identify yourself in a management.

Request from Cl@ve PIN

The APP Cl@ve gives you the PIN for any management you do with Cl@ve PIN:

  1. Access the management you want to do.
  2. You will be redirected to the gateway Cl@ve; select Cl@ve PIN.
  3. Enter your ID/NIE and date of validity of the ID (or date of issue if it is a permanent ID) or NIE support number.
  4. Press Get PIN; the PIN will be available on the APP Cl@ve.
  5. Tap the alert that has reached your mobile device or open the APP. There you will be shown the expiration time and you will be able to access the PIN with the authentication factor (unlocking) you have configured on your mobile device (pattern, footprint, etc.) .
  6. Manually insert the PIN into the management you want to perform
