The Cl@ve app brings together in one place the ability to identify yourself electronically to authenticate your identity when carrying out administrative procedures, via Cl@ve Móvil, and to create electronic signatures when dealing with public authorities.
To use the Cl@ve app’s services, you must be registered with the Cl@ve system.
You can download the app from Google Play for Android and from the Apple Store for iOS.
To install the app, you need Android 8 or later and iOS 15 or later. Users of the old Cl@ve PIN app will be updated to the new version of the Cl@ve app and, once activated, will receive authentication requests via Cl@ve Mobile on their device for the tasks they wish to carry out.
Users already registered with Cl@ve who are downloading the app for the first time can identify themselves and activate it using three options: with an activation code sent by SMS, with an electronic certificate, or with a digital ID card.
If you are installing the Cl@ve app from scratch and are not yet registered with the Cl@ve system, the app itself will offer various registration options: via an electronic certificate, an invitation letter, in person, or via video identification directly through the Cl@ve app.
