Over the Internet by video call

Service temporarily disabled

You can register at Cl@ve through a video call. It is very simple and is available from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 14:00 (peninsular time, and not available on national holidays).

This modality provides a basic registration level.

    Before starting the process, prepare all the necessary documentation:

    • DNI
    • mobile phone
    • Email address
    • Computer with webcam, headphones with microphone and internet access

    To register in the Cl@ve system, access the option "Register at Cl@ve" of the portal Cl@ve registration. You can also make the video call from the app Cl@ve PIN.

    1. Identify yourself with your ID or NIE. Depending on the type of document, different additional data will be requested below:

    • ID: indicates the date of validity or the date of issuance.
    • Permanent ID (no period of validity) it is only possible to use the date of issuance.
    • NIE: the support number that appears in your document will be requested.

    2. Select the option “You can also register by video call”. After the access, you will find a first window with information on the procedure, technical requirements and hours of service.

    3. It is advisable that before continuing you make a "Test video call" to check if your device is ready. The service is compatible with Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox browsers.

    Keep your identity document handy, which you must show to the public employee to identify yourself, and the mobile phone you want to use at Cl@ve. Remember that you can only use this service on your own behalf.

    4. After reading the information and making the test video call, tap "Continue".

    5. Check the box "I accessed the test video call and verified that my device is configured to access video support" And tap "Access to video assistance". If you didn't make the test video call in the previous step, you can do it in this window as well.

    From a computer, you don’t need to install the zoom application , since you can access it through the browser.

    6. Indicates a username, mark "I'm not a robot" and press "Enter". You then agree to the terms and conditions of the service. You will access the waiting room to be attended and you will see the name of the agent who will attend you. When your turn comes, the session will be activated automatically.

    The average waiting time for an operator to be assigned will be reported at that time.

    7. Once an operator has been assigned, tap "Accept and Access the videoconference".

    Once you are attended to and the video call ends correctly, the registration will be made in Cl@ve.

    After registration in the Cl@ve system, you can access with this type of identification in the procedures that allow it, entering your DNI/NIE and the data requested by the application.
