Obtain your PIN Cl@ve
Upon registration , we need to obtain a PIN Cl@ve to access the procedures.
To improve security, the PIN Cl@ve system has changed its behaviour and the PIN you are about to receive can only be used once.
The steps to follow are:
From our mobile device
Access the Electronic Office of the Tax Agency
We can also obtain it directly from the procedure we wish to carry out by clicking on "I do not have a PIN".
Fill in the data:
DNI/NIE, date of validity. ... and we select an access key (which may be different for each request).
And you will receive an SMS including the new PIN Cl@ve to the telephone number registered
You must use the PIN you received to complete the access to the system within 10 minutes. After that time, if you have not accessed Cl@ve, you must request a new PIN.
Once you have logged in with the PIN, you may access those services compatible with Cl@ve, until you log out from the Electronic Office or close your browser.
