Modification of details
You can modify your registration information in the following ways:

Changing the mobile phone number associated with a user in the Cl@ve system is especially protected and can only be done online, by accessing the Tax Agency's online office or using the "Cl@ve PIN" app for mobile devices, using an electronic certificate or electronic ID card. It can also be done in person at a Cl@ve Registry office.

1. Go to the "Other Procedures" - "Change phone number with certificate or electronic ID" option within the Cl@ve section of the Tax Agency.

Choose your digital certificate.

Change your phone number. Read and accept the terms and conditions.

You will receive confirmation.

In person:
To change your phone number in person, it is essential that the person wishing to change their number be physically present at one of the registry offices, as well as present their ID.
The registry offices distributed throughout Spain are the network of offices of the State Tax Administration Agency, the Managing Entities and Common Services of Social Security, the State Public Employment Service, and the network of Citizen Information and Service offices of the Government Delegations and sub-delegations. Likewise, numerous Autonomous Communities and Local Authorities have also enabled their office networks to carry out the process of changing the data provided in the Cl@ve accreditation.
You can find the updated list of Registry Offices in the search engine of the General Access Portal. Select the "Cl@ve" option to display the offices that offer this service. Also, remember that many offices require an appointment.

Modify your email with the Cl@ve app

This option allows you to modify the email address provided during registration. You can do this from the Tax Agency website or from the "Cl@ve" app for mobile devices.

Access the option “Electronic identification > Mobile Information > All procedures > Other procedures > Modify the electronic mail” in the Information Section of the Tax Agency.

You can identify yourself with Cl@ve Mobile or with a Certificate or electronic DNI.

To log in with Cl@ve, click on "Cl@ve Mobile (formerly Cl@ve PIN)." The authentication request will appear with the requesting organization's details, the 5-minute timer, which is the validity period for the request, the verification code, and a prompt to go to the app to scan the QR code and confirm the request. If you cannot scan the QR code, click on the option "...continue with Cl@ve Mobile authentication without scanning the QR code."

Once you access the service, change your email address and, after checking the "Terms and conditions have been read and accepted" box, click "Submit." Your email address will be changed.
