The Cl@ve APP

The Cl@ve APP allows the city to authenticate the Cl@ve PIN that it requests to access a transaction in the procedure that it establishes. All això in a single APP.

The Cl@ve APP combines in one location the possibility of electronically identifying to authenticate a procedure, just follow through Cl@ve Mòbil or Cl@ve PIN in relations with Public Administrations.

To use the services of the Cl@ve APP it is necessary to be registered in the Cl@ve system.

You can download the application in Google Play , Huawei AppGallery, for Android operating system, and in Apple Store , for iOS operating system.

Users of the Cl@ve PIN APP

The users of the APP Cl@ve PIN will be updated to the new version of the APP Cl@ve and once activated, the authentication requests with Cl@ve Mobile and the PIN of Cl will reopen on their device @ve PIN per a la gestión que desitgen realitzar.

Users registered in Cl@ve

The user has registered in Cl@ve that is downloaded for the first time the APP will be able to identify and activate it with three options: both an activation code sent by SMS, both electronic certificate or DNIe.

You can select an imported certificate or import a new certificate to activate it in the APP.

To activate the APP through DNIe, it is essential that you have an electronic ID and a mobile device with Android operating system and NFC technology. To do so, you will have to enter the card access number (CA) and put the electronic ID on the mobile device to read it.

Users not registered in Cl@ve

To the user who does not register in Cl@ve the APP offers three guided options to access the registry from the APP itself: both electronic certificate, by video call or by sending a letter to the tax address.

In addition, to authenticate you with Cl@ve Mòbil in the administrative procedure that you are carrying out, the Cl@ve APP also allows you to obtain a PIN from Cl@ve PIN to identify yourself in a transaction.

Cl@ve PIN request

The Cl@ve APP provides the PIN for anyone who manages to do so with Cl@ve PIN:

  1. Accedeix to the management that you will carry out.
  2. It't redirected to the passarel·la Cl@ve; select Cl@ve PIN.
  3. Enter your DNI/NIE and date of validity of the DNI (or date of issue if it is a permanent DNI) or support number of the NIE.
  4. Press Get PIN; the PIN will be available in the Cl@ve APP.
  5. Please confirm that you have arrived on your mobile device or open the APP. Here the expiration time will be displayed and you will be able to access the PIN with the authentication factor (unblocking) that you have configured on your mobile device (pattern, request, etc.).
  6. Manually enter the PIN in the management that you want to perform
