How many times may I use the PIN Cl@ve?
The PIN you receive on your mobile phone can only be used once to complete access to the system.
You must also use the PIN you received within 10 minutes; after that time, if you have not accessed Cl@ve, you will have to request a new PIN.
Please keep in mind that once you have logged in with the PIN, you may access those services allowing Cl@ve, until you log out from the Electronic Office or close your browser.
May I act on behalf of another citizen using PIN Cl@ve?
This system has been exclusively designed for natural persons acting on their own behalf.
PIN Cl@ve Format: How many characters? May I choose the PIN?
The PIN will comprise three alphanumerical characters and is generated by the Tax Authority.
The PIN you will receive on your mobile phone may contain letters (excluding ñ) and/or digits (excluding zero, one, eight and nine).
For example, if you receive "XOI", the characters you will have to enter on the authentication screen will be letters "x", "o" and "i".
The PIN plus the key we will provide at the time of request of same form the access code which allows to carry out procedures online.
What should I do if I receive a Cl@ve PIN I did not request?
If for any reason you receive a PIN you did not request, someone could be trying to impersonate you. Do not worry, because only you can act on your behalf.
If this happens again, please contact the Tax Authority to report such fact.
