How can I register?
Cl@ve is the common electronic identification system that allows citizens to securely authenticate themselves when conducting business with public authorities. Thanks to Cl@ve, you can access digital services easily, with full security guarantees and without the need to use multiple passwords or certificates.
To use Cl@ve, you must first register. There are four registration options, organized into two levels according to the required level of security::
Basic Level
Advanced Level
- Online, after manual review of automatic video identification NEW!
- Online with an electronic certificate or DNIe
- In person at a registry office
If you register online using automatic video identification or with an invitation letter, you will obtain a basic registration level. This level allows you to access many services, but it is not valid for all, and you will not be able to use Cl@ve Firma.
To access procedures that require greater security, you will need an advanced registration level, which you can obtain:
- Through video identification reviewed by a public employee (no need to appear in person).
- With an electronic certificate or DNIe (e-ID).
- In person at an office.
Once you complete your registration using any of the methods, you will receive:
- A notification on your mobile device, if you registered using video identification.
- A welcome SMS to the mobile number you registered.
From that moment on, you can use the Cl@ve Mobile system from the Cl@ve app or activate your Cl@ve Permanente password and begin logging in to public services.
You can register and view all the information on the Tax Agency website.
