When does it expire?
In order to improve security, the behaviour of PIN Cl@ve system has been modified, and it has been configured as a One Time Password (OTP), to guarantee that everytime a new authentication is requested, a new PIN must be obtained.
This way, the PIN you receive on your mobile phone can only be used once to complete access to the system.
You must also use the PIN you received within 10 minutes; after that time, if you have not accessed Cl@ve, you will have to request a new PIN.
Please keep in mind that once you have logged in with the PIN, you may access those services allowing Cl@ve, until you log out from the Electronic Office or close your browser.
