In order to modify your phone number in person, it is essential to have the physical presence of the person who wants to change their number in one of the registration offices, as well as to go with their ID.
They operate as registration offices throughout Spain the network of offices of the State Agency for Tax Administration, Managing Entities and Common Social Security Services, Public Service for State Employment and the network of Citizen Information and Attention Offices of Government delegations and sub-delegations.
