FAQ (FAQS)

Depending on the characteristics of the service you want to access, some identification method may not be available.

This is because the level of security required for access to that service is higher than that which that method of identification can provide (e.g. because the service handles particularly protected personal data).

The permanent Cl@ve system has two modes of use, normal and reinforced.

In normal use mode, you only need to provide the user and password.

However, certain services, due to the type of operation and information they handle, need a higher level of safety than that provided by normal use. In this case, to access them it is necessary to use the reinforced mode, identifying in addition to the user and password, with the password received on the phone.

In order to be able to use Cl@ve with an electronic certificate, it is necessary that this certificate be a certificate of recognised natural person or public employee, included in the "List of Certification Service Providers" (TSL) of the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Tourism.

If the password is forgotten or blocked by exceeding the maximum number of 5 failed attempts, you will be able to set a new password whenever you have retained the activation code. In order to do so, you must have access to password forgetting service and follow the steps indicated.

If you have not retained the activation code, you can get a new code by re-registering at Cl@ve.

If you need additional help using the Cl@ve system, you can get it through the following means:

  • By phone, by calling 060
  • Leaving a message in our Care Inbox.
