To use your Cl@ve passwords in an e-government service, just tap the Cl@ve icon on the screen that gives access to the service.
2. Select the verification method
On the Cl@ve gateway, you will find a selector that will allow you to choose the method of identification of those who are available for the service in question (remember that only those methods that provide a level of security in access equal to or greater than that needed by the service are allowed). Depending on your registration level (basic or advanced) there will be procedures that you cannot access.
You will recognize those identification methods that are not available because they will appear in gray rather than in color (or will not appear). To select the identification method, click the access button.
3. Identify yourself
Once you have chosen the method to identify yourself, Cl@ve will redirect you to the ID screen. This screen is different depending on the selected method of Cl@ve Mobile, Cl@ve PIN or Cl@ve Permanente.
If you use Cl@ve Permanente, certain services, by the type of operation and information they handle, need a higher level of security than that provided by the normal use (user and password), so to access them it is necessary to use the reinforced mode, identifying you in addition to the user and password with the password received on the phone (in this case, please note that your registration level must be advanced).
You can also choose to identify yourself with your DNI-e or electronic certificate. In that case, you'll get a different screen, which will depend on the browser you're using. In addition, if you have multiple electronic certificates installed, the system will ask which of them you want to use.
4. Return to e-government
Once you have successfully identified yourself using the chosen method, Cl@ve will automatically redirect you to the e-government service you want to access: consulting DGT points, unloading work, etc.
