Once registered We have to get a Cl@ve PIN to access the paperwork.
For your safety, the PIN you are receiving can only be used once.
Puedes obtener tu PIN de dos formas, aunque te recomendamos utilizar la aplicación Cl@ve PIN for moving devices:
1. Download the Cl@ve PIN app is available for free download in APP Store and Google Play.
2. Activates the application following the steps indicated in the app itself; it is very simple.
3. Select PIN key in the identification gateway to which you will have been directed by the administrative service you want to consult.
4. Enter your ID or NIE and the Date of Validity of your ID (or Date of Issue if it is a Permanent ID).
5. Press “Get PIN” or check the box "I want to personalize the PIN generation" to choose the 4-character code that makes your Cl@ve next to the PIN. In this case, the "Custom Code" field will be enabled to modify that code.
6. In the browser a warning will be displayed informing that PIN is available on the app. Check the device and check that there is a notification of the app Cl@ve PIN. To access it, for security reasons, you have to unlock the device with the security standard you have set. The app will show the PIN and its validity time.
7. Next, you’ll need to enter the PIN code you’ve received in the app.
8. Then type the PIN and press "Access" to identify you.
You must use the PIN you received to complete the access to the system within 10 minutes. After that time, if you have not reached Cl@ve, you will need to request a new PIN.
Once identified using the PIN, you can access the services that allow Cl@ve until you disconnect from the Electronic Headquarters or close your browser.
